My dear Jabir,
Thank you so much for your beautifully worded and detailed letter of June 1st. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the contents of your letter and am pleased to note that you have travelled much and continue to travel in search of new business opportunities and experiences.
I am very happy to know that you are pursuing with determination on the things we had discussed here and I commend your persistence to get justice done. I have every confidence that you will expose these people and win your point. Of course the road to that end can be really frustrating and the hurdles on the way may occasionally look insurmountable. But I say keep on, fight hard with unflinching faith in your mission and success will be yours. My best wishes and prayers are always with you.
I am keen to know about the personalities you had met in this connection and the lawyers you had consulted at different places and the opinions, advices given by them....
....When block 10 was being airconditioned, Mohd Abdul Aleem and others were transferred to block 4 and block – 3 and Aleem happened to be with me. Presently he is in Block-3. He is yet to be sentenced. But we are hoping for an innocent verdict soon. He had written to you a fortnight back prior to the arrival of your letter.
Horace was given 5 years amd je os om n;pcl-1. Nooruddin is also in block 3. Manuel is in block-2.
Block 10 is the only one airconditioned so far. Block-9 is presently underway with AC, hopefully operational in another months time.
From June first, there is good improvement in food. Every 4th day, 1 green cucumber, with lunch there is some saloona, rice is now devoid of that gruesome mix of oil. It is mostly white rice mixed with vermicelli. In the Salooxa you do have salt and some spices too ....
Please do accept my sincerest appreciation for all what you are doing.
With love, best wishes and prayers,
Sd/-.

Is the External Affairs Ministry of India above the Law?
The External Affairs Ministry, Government of India, was directed by High Court of Delhi to dispose of the representation submitted by petitioner within two months of the date of the Judgment.
